What are reasons why car freezes when Fedar sublimation printer is printing?

Trolley frame carries print head, and left and right movement of trolley frame and inkjet of print head work together to complete printing work of Fedar sublimation printer. If cart freezes during printing, it will directly affect printing effect. So what are reasons that cause car to freeze?

1. Rail of Fedar sublimation printer is track on which trolley runs, and smoothness of rail will directly affect operation of trolley. Lubricating oil on guide rails regularly will ensure smooth running of Fedar sublimation printer carriage. If guide rail is not in a horizontal state, trolley will tilt, which will cause sublimation textile printer head to rub ink and trolley flies, which will affect printing effect.

2. Long belt is driven by servo motor and synchronous wheel to drive movement of Fedar sublimation printer trolley. If left and right synchronous wheels are not in horizontal position, belt will not run smoothly, and trolley will shake. There is also tightness of long belt of Fedar sublimation printer. If belt is over fed, it will also cause car to shake and stall.
