What are precautions for using ink of Fedar sublimation printer?

Ink is very important to sublimation textile printer. Only high-quality ink can make Fedar sublimation printer play its best performance and demonstrate excellent picture expressive power of Fedar sublimation printer. When using, you should pay attention to following matters.

1. Store ink of Fedar sublimation printer indoors at a temperature of 20-25 degrees. Try to put newly purchased ink in working environment for more than 3 hours, and effect will be better.

2. If temperature is low in winter, users who use bottled ink for Fedar sublimation printer, if ink is unstable in printing, please preheat ink with hot water at 60℃ for more than one hour.

3. Strictly control indoor temperature and humidity of sublimation textile printer. Indoor temperature should not be lower than 18℃. After temperature increases, indoor humidity must be controlled. If humidity is too low, a lot of static electricity will be generated, which not only affects printing effect of sublimation textile printer, but also damages printer.

4. Different types and brands of inks cannot be mixed. Ink manufacturer is different, and chemical composition of formula is also different. If mixed, it will cause precipitation, which will not only affect printing quality, but also cause nozzle to block, thereby shortening life of nozzle of Fedar sublimation printer.
