Use heater of fedar heat transfer printer in winter
In the cold and low temperature environment, printing of fedar heat transfer printer will be prone to unknown printing failures. For example, the picture of fedar heat transfer printer will dry slowly after printing output. In fact, the correct use of fedar heat transfer printer's heating system can easily solve these problems.
Printing heating system of fedar heat transfer printer: fedar printer is equipped with a front, middle and back three-stage heating system. Front heating (heating of platform before printing), middle heating (heating on the printing platform), heating after printing (heating on the platform after printing).
In a cold and low temperature working environment, it is recommended to turn on fedar heat transfer printer’s heater 10 minutes in advance, and the heating temperature should be set below 30°C. If the temperature is too high, it will cause the paper to arch. Heat up fedar heat transfer printer for printing in advance, which is more convenient for inkjet printing.
The ink absorption performance of printing material of fedar heat transfer printer is greatly affected by temperature. If temperature cannot be maintained above 15 ℃, ink diffusion problems may occur. It is recommended to turn on the printing and paper feeding platform of fedar heat transfer printer to heat the material in advance to improve ink absorption of material (The temperature of the heater is recommended to be lower than 40℃, otherwise it will cause problems such as material being too soft and material will be arched or material will scratch printhead.)
Back heating system, with front infrared dryer (The temperature is set to about 45℃～55℃)which can quickly dry images, but pay attention to avoiding the heating temperature is too high and the material is deformed.
