Tips in the production of printing machine output
The materials of printers are light film, photo paper, etc.; outdoor materials are divided into rear light cloth, front light cloth, sticky notes, etc. Light film and rear light cloth are mostly used for light boxes, and photo paper is suitable for making advertising posters, posters, paintings, etc. As the name implies, the front light cloth means that the lights hit the front of the painting, and most of the large outdoor advertisements and street signs are such materials.
After choosing the materials and models, it is time to enter the next stage: making inkjet files. Most inkjet companies provide production services. Customers provide pictures, text, and design drafts. They can also make electronic files and hand them over to inkjet companies. If you make documents yourself, you should pay attention to the following issues:
1.Use special effects with caution
Now the printing machine can accept many files output by the software: such as Photoshop, FreeHand, PageMaker, CorelDRAW, etc., but some special effects photo machines may not be able to output. For example, the special effect of FreeHand 8.0 image transparency, the printing machine can not be output, so if the file has such special effects, it must be communicated with the inkjet company in time to avoid unnecessary losses. If you must use this kind of special effects, directly process the image special effects in Photoshop, there will be no errors.
2. Accuracy of indoor spray printing
The general requirement is 80～100dpi, and the file precision within one square meter requires 100dpi; the larger the size is over one square meter, the file precision can be reduced accordingly, but it should be noted that if the bitmap accuracy is lower than 60dpi, the screen may appear jagged.
3. Production accuracy of outdoor inkjet printing
The general requirement is 24 ~ 35dpi, in principle, the smaller the size, the higher the accuracy; the larger the size, the lower the accuracy.
4. The basic requirements of inkjet bitmap files
In CMYK mode, the layers are combined to remove the extra channels outside the four colors, and the file is saved in EPS or TIFF format.
