The difference between heat transfer printing and digital printing

What is heat transferr? Why use heat transfer printing? Heat transfer is a new method of printing patterns on products of various materials, especially suitable for the production of a small number of personalized and customized products, and the printing of patterns containing full-color images or photos. The principle is to print a digital pattern on a special transfer paper with a special heat  transfer ink through a printer, and then use a special transfer machine to accurately transfer the pattern to the surface of the product at high temperature and pressure to complete the product printing.

Heat Transfer Printing

Heat transfer (heat transfer ink) is an emerging printing process that has been introduced from abroad for more than 10 years. The process printing method is divided into two parts: transfer film printing and transfer processing. The transfer film printing uses halftone printing to pre-print the pattern on the surface of the film. The printed pattern has rich layers, bright colors, ever-changing, small color difference, and reproducibility. Digital printing is slightly better than heat  transfer technology.
