Solution of Fedar sublimation printer stopping during printing

During printing process of Fedar sublimation printer, inkjet work suddenly stops, but computer shows that Fedar sublimation printer is outputting information. This situation will not only damage product, but also increase cost. Solution to this phenomenon is as follows.

1. First, check whether connectors at both ends of print cable are loose. Then change power and data cables to check if problem is on cable; in addition, length of printing cable or poor quality will affect accuracy of data transmission of Fedar sublimation printer.

2. Set Fedar sublimation printer port of computer correctly. If there is a network port, it is best to set it to network printing, which will greatly reduce data transmission errors.

3. Turn off computer's automatic power management function. Because printing work takes a long time, most users tend to let computer automatically perform calculations and output without other operations during printing process of Fedar sublimation printer. If power management function is turned on, hard disk may be stop after a certain period of time, movement is automatically stopped, which will form illusion that information transmission has actually been terminated but software is still transmitting.
