Precautions when replacing ink of Fedar sublimation printer

Ink is very important to Fedar sublimation printer. It runs through entire printing process of sublimation textile printer. Then when ink is almost used up, it needs to be added in time. Then how should user do when adding ink? do we need to care something?

1. When changing pigment ink, especially when changing pigment ink to dye ink, please empty original ink first of Fedar sublimation printer, and then clean pipe with cleaning fluid or pure water, otherwise chemical substances in ink may chemically react and block nozzle of sublimation printer.

2. After Fedar sublimation printer uses new ink, because nozzle and ink need to have a fusion time, it is normal for test strip to be broken within a few hours; such as monochrome or no ink at all, or after long-term use, nozzle missing phenomenon may be caused by insufficient (less than two-thirds) or too much (fullness) of ink in damper of Fedar sublimation printer, or presence of air in pipe, and too much ink at wiper and cap; it is best to manually empty air and clean dirty parts.

3. It is best to print test drawings every day to keep nozzle moist; when Fedar sublimation printer is shut down for a long time, it should be turned on once a week to ensure that ink pipe is unblocked and nozzle part is moist.
