1. When Fedar sublimation printer is printing, prevent paper from lifting up and scraping to Fedar sublimation printer head, and you can use paper pressing sheet to prevent paper from lifting.

2.Fedar sublimation printer stops during printing.
The phenomenon of stopping or image dislocation or garbled during printing is often caused by electrostatic interference. Therefore, if you encounter this problem, you can use a wire to ground Fedar sublimation printer and computer to prevent electrostatic interference.

3. Edges of pictures printed by Fedar sublimation printer are wavy and not straight.
This fault is usually a problem of encoder strip positioning. It may be that  encoder strip is dirty. You can wipe encoder strip with a cotton swab dipped in alcohol. Cleaning encoder strip can usually be solved. If it does not work, replace  encoder strip.

4. Color of Fedar sublimation printer's print image is gray or black and white, and does not print in color;
Fedar sublimation printer setting problem. This failure is caused by color mode of Fedar sublimation printer being set to "gray", just change color mode to "color".Specific modification method is: Setting-Print Mode-Color Mode-Color-Confirm.
